Shipping & returns

Orders are dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Within the UAE, delivery is free for orders over AED 300; orders below that carry the delivery fee shown at checkout.

International delivery is available worldwide through Aramex. Rates and estimated times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Bespoke and branded corporate orders follow the schedule agreed in their quote.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support@axentgifts.com or WhatsApp +971 50 155 5970 with your order number.

Personalised, engraved or branded items — including corporate orders produced with a client's logo — cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Payments made through Tabby or Tamara are refunded through the same provider.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it as received and contact us within 48 hours. We replace or refund faulty items at no cost to you.
