Flag Day & National Day

Flag Day falls on 3 November and National Day on 2 December. The four weeks between them are when the flags, the pins and the trophies come out of the cupboard in every office and every home.

What is here is what gets worn, placed and given on those two days: a pin on the thobe or a jacket lapel, a flag on the desk or on its own base, a scarf, and a box that carries the emblem. Most of it is ordered weeks ahead — what arrives after the day does not get used.
