The store
axentgifts.com is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable; a tax invoice is issued with every order.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara subject to their approval and terms.
We may decline or refund an order where an item is unavailable or a listing contained a clear pricing error; you will be notified and refunded in full.
Corporate orders
Volume and branded orders are governed by their written quote — quantities, artwork approvals, production schedule and payment terms as stated there.
Liability & law
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
