When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the items ordered. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and never touch our servers.

If you join our mailing list we store your email address. If you request a corporate quote we store the details you submit in the form.

Order details are used to deliver your order, issue your tax invoice and provide support. If you begin a checkout and leave, we may send a single reminder about the items in your bag.

We use analytics to understand how the store is used. We never sell personal data, and we share it only with the services that operate the store: payment providers, the delivery courier and our email service.

You may request a copy or the deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@axentgifts.com. Mailing-list emails can be stopped by replying to any of them.
